In compliance with the provisions set forth in the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, ENVATEC S.A. de C.V. acknowledges its responsibility for the processing, privacy, and security of the personal data provided to ENVATEC, informing you that such data will be handled confidentially.
Prior to providing any information, you must read and fully understand this Privacy Notice and expressly indicate your consent by accepting its terms.
IDENTITY AND ADDRESS OF THE DATA CONTROLLER
ENVATEC S.A de C.V establishes its address at Canarias No. 317, Colonia Portales, Postal Code 03300, Benito Juárez Borough, Mexico City.
PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
The information you provide will be used, including but not limited to, to deliver the requested products and services, send relevant information regarding our products and any changes thereto, and to evaluate the quality of the services we provide. For the purposes stated above, we require Personal Data such as full name, address, and telephone number, as well as Sensitive Personal Data.
PERSONAL DATA AND/OR SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA
Any such data provided to ENVATEC S.A. de C.V. will be safeguarded using secure technological means, with access limited solely to individuals and/or legal entities with whom ENVATEC S.A. de C.V. maintains a legal relationship.
Likewise, the company will implement the security measures it deems necessary to protect your Personal Data and/or Sensitive Personal Data from unauthorized third parties. In the event of a lawful request by a competent authority, such data may be disclosed in strict compliance with applicable law.
The retention period for Personal Data and/or Sensitive Personal Data shall be indefinite from the date it is provided to ENVATEC S.A. de C.V., unless you exercise your rights as established in this Privacy Notice.

ARCO RIGHTS (ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION, OR OBJECTION)
In accordance with the Law, the data subject or their legal representative may at any time request access to their Personal Data, as well as its rectification, cancellation, or objection if deemed inaccurate or concerning them.
Such requests must be submitted and include the following: the name of the data subject and an address to receive a response; documents evidencing identity or legal representation; a clear and precise description of the Personal Data with respect to which the right is to be exercised; and any other element or document that facilitates locating the Personal Data.
In the case of a request for rectification, the requested changes must be indicated along with supporting documentation.

DATA TRANSFERS
In accordance with this Privacy Notice, the data you provide may be transferred to third parties affiliated with the company for the purpose of fulfilling the services provided and for which such data was collected.
If you do not express your opposition to such transfers through any of the means established by law, your consent and authorization will be deemed expressly granted to ENVATEC S.A. de C.V. for such purposes.
National or international data transfers may be carried out in accordance with Article 37 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE
ENVATEC S.A. de C.V. reserves the right to modify or update this Privacy Notice at any time. Any such changes will be published on the website www.envatec.com.mx .
APPLICABLE LAW
This Privacy Notice shall be governed by the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, particularly Articles 15 and 16, as well as other applicable provisions and current legislation of the United Mexican States.
